Because our products are custom-made, returns are a little different compared to traditional retail. We don’t keep inventory in warehouses—but we stand by our craftsmanship with a 30-Day Quality Promise to ensure you feel confident shopping with us.

When You Can Return Items

We Accept Returns For:

  1. Quality Issues
    • Misprints, blurred or smudged artwork.
    • Colors that look significantly different from what was shown.
    • Material defects like fabric tears, poor stitching, or weak construction.
  2. Our Mistakes
    • Wrong size, color, or design sent.
    • Missing items in your package.
    • Items damaged because of packaging errors.
  3. Shipping Problems
    • Item damaged during delivery.
    • Package lost or extremely delayed due to carrier error.

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Size & Fit Mistakes: Ordering the wrong size (please double-check our size chart before buying).
  • Change of Mind: Deciding you don’t like the design after ordering or preferring a different style/color.
  • Normal Use: Worn, washed, stained, or altered products.
  • Missing Packaging: Items returned without tags or original packaging.
  • Personalized/Custom Designs: One-off jerseys or sneakers with custom text or unique modifications (unless defective).

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us First

  • Don’t ship anything back without authorization.

  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
    • A short description of the problem
    • What solution you prefer: refund, exchange, or store credit

Step 2: Get Authorization

  • We review your request within 24 hours.
  • You’ll receive:
    • A Return Authorization Number (required).
    • Our return shipping address.
    • A prepaid return label if the issue is our fault.

Step 3: Send It Back

  • Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred).
  • Include the authorization number.
  • Ship the package within 5 days of approval.
  • Keep your shipping receipt/tracking info.

Step 4: Processing & Refund

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days after arrival.
  • Refund issued within 5–7 business days if approved.
  • You’ll receive email confirmation of the outcome.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We Pay Return Shipping when:
    • Wrong item sent
    • Item arrived damaged
    • Print or quality defect
    • Any mistake caused by QBGiftTees
  • You Pay Return Shipping when:
    • Wrong size chosen by customer
    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
    • Non-defective items returned by choice

Flat Rate: $6.99 within US | Free for international returns

Refunds & Processing

  • Timeline:
    • Inspection: 2–3 days
    • Processing: 5–7 days
    • Bank Processing: Additional 3–5 days (varies by provider)
  • Refund Coverage:
    • Full Refund: item cost + original shipping if it’s our error.
    • Partial Refund: item cost only if return is customer-initiated. Shipping is non-refundable in these cases.
  • Refund Method:
    • PayPal → 1–2 business days
    • Credit Card → 3–5 business days
    • Bank Transfer → 5–10 business days

Exchanges

Size Exchange

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return the original item (customer covers shipping).
  • We’ll send the new size for free once we receive the return.

Defective Item Exchange

  • If your item has a quality issue:
    • Send us photos immediately.
    • We’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
    • Use our prepaid return label to send the defective item back.

Special Situations

  • International Returns: 30-day window applies, free return shipping, but customs duties (if charged) are not refundable.
  • Holiday Orders: Orders placed in December enjoy a 45-day return window. Holiday gifts can be returned until January 31st.
  • Damaged in Shipping:
    • Take photos of the packaging & item.
    • Contact us within 48 hours.
    • Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

If You Haven’t Received Your Refund

  • Double-check your bank or PayPal account.
  • Contact your bank about pending transactions.
  • Still no update? Email us—we’ll investigate.

Alternative Options

  • Store Credit Bonus : Instead of a refund, you can choose 110% store credit (extra 10% bonus). Credit never expires and can be gifted to friends/family.
  • Partial Solutions: Not fully satisfied but don’t want a full return? Options include:
